Cardio Room

We have a great range of cardio equipment to fit every need!

Plenty of treadmills, bikes, crosstrainers, rowers, steppers and more! A large amount of the equipment have ipod docks and tv feeds to keep your entertained while burning calories!

Plate Loaded Weights

A full range of plate loaded weight machienes to hit every angle of the muscle. We also have 5 cable machienes as we know these are popular! There is a functional track for use with a prowler or any of the other great HIIT equipment.

Free Weights

We understand that free weights should make up the bulk of your workout, so there are no corners cut with our equipment, dumbells upto 75kg, plenty of benches for every incline/decline need.

Olympic Lifting

Here at OneToOne we love a good olympic lift, so we have the best equipment for it! Olympic Standard bumper plates and platforms, come and get that deadlift PB!

Live Cycling

We are a unique club that is providing LiveCycling for our members.

Studio Room

Our Studio room is where most of our classes are held, we have aimed to have every piece of equipment available for you to use and to make our classes one of a kind. This includes a Live DJ and club standard lighting for our discopump class! Try it out!

Here, at One to One Gym we’re offering you a chance to experience the exotic withour newly installed sunbeds and treatment room.
