Deadlift Challenges

 

 

If you've seen our previous deadlift challenges you know they were a lot of fun. If you love a challenge get invovled. There will be prizes and you will obviously get your name on the board! Its a great friendly atmosphere and girls don't be shy! We have a few girls entered already!

Rules:

 

 1 Rep Max

Has to be raw - i.e no straps, belts etc

Has to be good form, we don't want you injuring yourselves, if you haven't been deadlifting long check out our deadlift seminars to perfect your form ready for the competitions.

 

 

 

Maximum Reps

 

This will be an endurance challenge, maximum amount of reps, with bodyweight on the bar.The weight is rounded down to the nearest 5kg. So if you weigh 82kg you will have 80kg on the bar.Straps can be used for this event. Its a great challenge, and an mental one at that! Get involved!
